Do you want to learn how to use Boundary-Scan (JTAG) and DFT rules, grasp the flow and learn the basic capabilities to test a board with JTAG devices?

We've got the classes for you! StarTest™ offers a plenty of classes that includes hands-on training.

Class days are a combination of lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on training using actual Corelis hardware to provide you with the test flow, as well as detailed operating procedures for the individual Corelis ScanPlus tools.

Who should attend?

Each class or workshop is tailored for design engineers, test engineers, and managers who plan to use IEEE 1149.1, IEEE 1532, IEEE 1149.4, IEEE 1149.6 Boundary-Scan test Standards. An understanding of scan-based test techniques is helpful, but not required.

What you will learn?

Introductory video clip (7 min) of Dr. Ami Gorodetsky

Provide you an understanding of the Boundary-Scan test Standards. Test your knowledge with hands-on experience using a training board and well-developed exercises.
